With Art-Therapy Intern, Actor & Singer Brooke Henderson. Bilateral Art Therapy techniques help to connect the “thinking” (left side of the brain) and “feelings” (right side of the brain) together. Bilateral Art Therapy can help to regulate oneself which can aid with performance, auditions, and overall well-being and can help to become a more embodied performer.

This 4-week class, taught by vocal coach William Grossman is designed to help you build your voice skills as an actor. You'll dig into breath and bodywork, vocal health, and specialized exercises to build your stamina and help you find your voice. Let's master that dialogue and get you feeling confident in your voice!
March 12th & 13th
With Art-Therapy Intern, Actor & Singer Brooke Henderson. This workshop is designed to help those feeling in a creative rut reconnect to their inner artist. Through art prompts, we will explore and create art to help facilitate a sense of artistic recovery. Many of the art prompts are inspired by Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way and will address topics such as; creative blocks, imposter syndrome, and grief of artist's identity
