The Embodied Performer

The Embodied Performer
with Art Therapy Intern, Brooke Henderson

Bilateral Art Therapy techniques help to connect the “thinking” (left side of the brain) and “feelings” (right side of the brain) together. Bilateral Art Therapy can help to regulate oneself which can aid with performance, auditions, and overall well-being and can help to become a more embodied performer.

Please come wearing comfy clothes that you don't mind getting messy in as we will be using a variety of mediums such as paint, markers, charcoal etc. and please bring a pair of headphones along with a listening device (phone or iPad) as we will be incorporating bi-lateral music to help inspire and regulate.
