Workshop
with Art Therapy Intern, Brooke Henderson
This workshop is designed to help those feeling in a creative rut to reconnect to their inner artist. Through art prompts, we will explore and create art to help facilitate a sense of artistic recovery.
Many of the art prompts are inspired by Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way and will address topics such as; creative blocks, imposter syndrome and grief of artist identity.

Come wearing comfy clothes that you dont mind getting a bit messy in!

About Brooke Henderson
Brooke Henderson is a first-year art therapy intern at The Kutenai Art Therapy Institute and holds a BA in Psychology. Brooke is also a trained actor/singer and has been in the industry for over 10 years now. Brooke's area of interest is helping artists break through psychology and mental barrier’s in their creativity by using art as a tool for self-expression and somatic processing. Brooke hopes to hold space for others to share and explore their experience through art making.
