Reclaiming The Artist's Self
Workshop

with Art Therapy Intern, Brooke Henderson

This workshop is designed to help those feeling in a creative rut to reconnect to their inner artist. Through art prompts, we will explore and create art to help facilitate a sense of artistic recovery.

Many of the art prompts are inspired by Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way and will address topics such as; creative blocks, imposter syndrome and grief of artist identity.
