Cancellation Policy
Lesson Cancellation & Sales Policy All Sales Are Final All lesson sales, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments must be made in full prior to the start of lessons. Cancellation & Rescheduling Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice through the online booking system. Any lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited without refund or make-up option. Make-Up Lessons Cancelled lessons (with proper notice) may be rescheduled within two weeks of the original lesson date. Make-up lessons are subject to teacher availability and must be scheduled by the student using the booking system. Unused make-up credits will expire two weeks after the missed lesson and cannot be carried forward, banked, or transferred. To avoid a backlog, all make-up lessons must be completed within the same month they are missed. Student Responsibility It is the responsibility of the student to manage and book their lessons, including make-ups, through the online booking system. Missed lessons without proper notice will not be credited, refunded, or rescheduled.
