Bodywork for Singers

Where breath meets voice, and movement meets music.

This one-of-a-kind class is designed for vocalists who want to unlock greater freedom, support, and ease in their singing through full-body awareness. Each session integrates yoga-inspired movement, Pilates-based strength work, breathwork, and alignment exercises to connect the voice to the body in a deep and transformative way.

 

With a maximum of six participants per class, you'll receive personalized guidance in a calm, supportive space. Whether you're a seasoned performer or just beginning your vocal journey, this class will help you build vocal stamina, release physical tension, improve breath support, and enhance your overall vocal resonance.

All mats, blocks, and props are provided. Simply bring your breath, your voice, and your willingness to move.
